[Industry case] New approach and training for industrial jobs

Hall 32 located in Clermont-Ferrand (France) has developed an educational training in order to help regional industrial ecosystem such as Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in France which suffers from a lack of industrial workforce. This educational training has been developed with a new approach involving high-qualified experts and a new vision of the industry.

This educational solution aims at promoting industry jobs, introducing new tecgnologies and industry 4.0, impleting training that fits more companyies' needs, and creating a stronger link between educational system and corporate world.

To achieve its goal, Hall 32 has developed a strategy based on 4 main axes :

  • To innovate
  • To network

This project is now a reality. It stands for a competence center as well as a pilot plant, a vocational training place, a process lab when people can learn by doing.
