Resource challenges

In a globalised economy, we are feeling the limits of the economic development model that has prevailed since the industrial revolution. Natural resources are limited and the environmental issue has never been so preoccupying. 

We need to find alternatives to the linear pattern (extract raw materials> produce> consume> generate waste). The circular economy model attempts to address these issues.
