The 7 pillars of the circular economy, which we will here call means of action, mobilize many fields: economic development, employment policies, training, social inclusion, transport, land development; and more broadly: sustainable development, education, energy and climate.

To these 7 pillars can be added intermediation agencies which are essential for the deployment of local circular economy projects.
