Description
Located in the INDIGO business incubator in Surgères, Cyfruileg is a company founded by Stéphane Augé.
The business model is to collect unsold fruit and vegetables from local supermarkets and process them into soups, juices and jams. These are then sold in the same supermarkets and through consumer networks in the Poitou-Charente region.
